Mr Smart SHS is by Sir Donnerhall who has been trained to Grand Prix and has sired Grand Prix horses. He has produced 94 licensed sons, 4 of which are competing at Grand Prix. As a 5yr old he was Bundeschampion and vice World Young Horse Champion. He is also sire of Bundeschampions, World Champions and auction highlights including his son Sa Couer who sold for 2.3 million euros, was 5yr old Bundeschampion and double World Young Horse Champion in 2012 and 2013 and is now national champion at Inter I. His sire Sandro Hit was also Bundeschampion and World Champion.
Mr Smart’s dam Wiegro is an elite, preferent KWPN mare who has competed at Z2 level (advanced medium). She is the dam of licensed stallion Chapter Leatherdale and granddam of approved stallion Chivo. Wiegro also has a daughter competing at ZZL level in Holland (equivalent of UK advanced). Wiegro is by Negro, sire of Olympic gold medallist Valegro.
