Palousa Candy (El Colorado x Gribaldi)

Palousa Candy is by the Dutch Appaloosa stallion El Colorado who is by the Hanoverian stallion San Remo. As a young horse San Remo was ridden by Edward Gal and was placed 5th in the Pavo Cup Finals for 4 year olds in 2004 and also qualified for the World Young Horse Championships in Verden. San Remo finished 2nd overall in the 2004-2005 KWPN stallion competition.
Candy’s dam, Palousa Caprice, has been Dutch Appaloosa Champion 5 times. She is by Gribaldi who competed at Grand Prix dressage. Gribaldi was the top dressage sire in the WBFSH sire rankings in 2014 and has sired many Grand Prix horses including Totilas and Painted Black.
Candy has been purchased as a potential broodmare and also a potential competition horse for the future.
